Shipping & Return Policy

          A Place In Time Children's Boutique proudly stands behind the products we offer our customers. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any full priced item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 15 calendar days of the item's shipment date and all items must be returned with tags on or in original packaging. All Gift boxes-baskets are final sale. Swimwear, underwear and pajamas cannot be returned and are final sale for hygienic purposes. We will refund you for the original purchase price, minus the shipping charge, to the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. After 15 days, the sale is final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.

 

Special Orders, Special Items and Personalized items

Special orders, special items or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale only.

 

Final Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on Final Sale Merchandise. Final Sale Merchandise are identified on the product page of the website or on the packing slip.

 

Important: A Place In Time Children Boutique will not accept returns received outside of the conditions stated above.

  1. Re-package the merchandise with a copy of your receipt.
  2. We recommend that you use UPS insured, Federal Express insured or the US Postal Service insured for shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns so please record and retain the carrier, insurance and tracking information for your records.
  3. If making a return from outside the US, mark the goods as returned goods with no commercial value to avoid a customs charge. Any taxes or duties incurred for an international return will be charged to the buyer.
